Welcome to the manifestation of my 20 years participation in many sectors in the securities industry. Don’t let the name of my site fool you. I have represented Fortune 500 Companies and stocks that comprise the NASDAQ 100. My journey through the many levels of the securities industry has been one of learning risk tolerance, interpreting sec filings, working in financial publishing, watching analyst research reports being created, and communicating with brokers on companies to follow that fit their particular investment criteria. This experience has enabled me to make stock picks that have consistently performed remarkably well despite prevailing market conditions or what exchange the stock is traded on. Of course, I am used to communicating with very financially experienced investors or registered representatives so I always insist that any individual investor seek advice from a FINRA registered Investment Advisor before making any investment decisions.

Through my many years in the industry, I began to see patterns develop in stocks that led me to begin making stock picks that would be categorized as penny picks, OTC picks, and NASDAQ picks. Due to my successful penny stock picks, penny stock newsletter, finding the best penny stocks, the daily top penny stocks, what some of my fans like to call hot penny stocks, and great NASDAQ picks, I’ve developed quite a large following in the industry over the years. From back in the late 90’s when we began looking at stock movers coming out of Silicon Valley in addition to exporters from China as the Trade Embargo came down to using advanced algorithms enabling me to currently send out morning stock alerts to my subscribers when stocks meet my specific criteria to be considered one of my stock picks. I take great pride in the stock picks I make be they, penny picks, OTC picks or NASDAQ picks.

Most of the investors who have followed me beginning 20 years ago, reserve 3%-5% of the capital they place for higher risk investments. Many of these investments are made in stocks that are deemed higher risk because of the exchanges they are traded on, the current price of the stock, or because of some regulatory announcement by the SEC. At times my algorithms’ lead me to what I like to call Stock Movers that are well known NASDAQ companies. More frequently however, my finite set of instructions leads me to the some of the best penny stocks for both short term and longer term performance. Of course, there is always a very high risk in investing in penny stocks as there is always a greater risk of losing a significant amount of any investment in penny stock picks.

This being said, you will NEVER see ridiculous claims of stocks increasing 500% or 1000% in a day on www.nickspennypicks.com as such a move is clearly a sign of stock manipulation which FINRA regulates closely. Investors should be wary of any websites claiming that they can provide such returns as statistically it is improbable any company could support such exponential growth which most likely would lead to an equally dramatic correction potentially causing significant economic loss.

In fact, many of these websites search daily for stocks that experience a huge trading spike uncharacteristic of recorded trading history and send them out as stock alerts in the middle of the trading day claiming them as their daily picks. This provides no value to an investor as the change in a stocks beta or risk measurement as related to the market is so high that technical analysis of the Stock will begin to show a huge change of downward movement. ALL my penny picks, OTC picks, and NASDAQ picks that comprise my Daily Stock Alert are released prior the open of the market each day giving brokers, institutional investors, and active traders the chance to make a decision before the market opens so that a monetary outcome is the outcome.

Additionally, a portion of the stocks that my various algorithms’ produce are released in my Penny Stock Newsletter as they fit my model for growth over a longer period of time. These stock movers are sometimes referred to as hot penny stocks or top penny stocks when in certain price ranges though many of the picks trade on the OTCBB or on NASDAQ as statistically we have found our data indicates that these companies show signs of increasing in value and breaking out of the category of penny stocks. My Penny Stock Newsletter also contains updates and changes to FINRA and SEC RULES that relate to the trading of penny stocks and thus influencing the algorithms I use for my penny stock picks, OTC picks, and NASDAQ picks. This enables me to continue to seek the best penny stocks always seeking to find data that would indicate some of the top penny stocks of the day and for longer term investments.
